A free, independent directory of every licensed CPA and accounting firm in Alabama.

Why this exists

As an entrepreneur, I found it surprisingly hard to find a good CPA — the information was scattered, outdated, or buried in clunky government search tools. So, as an online creator, I did what I do when something's missing: I built it.

It pulls from public Alabama licensing records and organizes them the way someone hiring a CPA actually wants — by city, by firm, searchable by name or license number. Every listing is an active, state-issued license.

Who's behind it

I'm Brooks Conkle, an entrepreneur and online creator in Alabama. More about me and my other projects at brooksconkle.com.

How it stays free

Browsing and searching is free, always. CPAs can optionally pay to upgrade a listing — photo, bio, specialties, contact details — which keeps the lights on. No charge to be listed, and no pay-to-rank games.

This is an independent directory and is not affiliated with the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy. Licensing data can change — for official verification, disciplinary history, or inactive licenses, always confirm with the state board's official search. Found something out of date? Let us know.
